1. Order Processing 🕒
At Rex Mega Cart, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation via phone call or WhatsApp message on your provided number.
Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day. Likewise, orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be confirmed and processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Times 🚚
Once processed, we hand over your package to our courier partners for delivery at your given shipping address. Estimated delivery times are:
- 🏙️ Karachi: 2–3 business days
- 🌆 Other major cities: 3–5 business days
- 🏞️ Rural / remote areas: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We work closely with our logistics partners to minimize any delays.
3. Delivery Charges 💰
✅ Free Delivery for orders worth Rs. 5,000 or above.
💵 Orders below Rs. 5,000 will incur a delivery fee of Rs. 200.
📍 In certain cases where delivery to remote areas requires special arrangements, additional charges may apply. If so, our team will contact you before dispatch.
4. Courier Partners 📮
We only work with trusted & reputed courier companies across Pakistan to ensure safe and timely delivery. Tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
🖊️ In rare cases, some couriers may require the recipient to sign or confirm receipt in person.
5. Address & Delivery Notes 📋
📌 Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details, including full name, phone number, and complete address. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays and extra charges.
🏢 If you live in a gated community, apartment complex, or restricted-access area, please provide clear delivery instructions in the order notes or via WhatsApp after placing your order.
6. Missed Deliveries 📦❌
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient not being available, our courier will usually try again. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us and re-delivery charges may apply.
