1) How do I place an order on Rex Mega Cart?
Browse our collections, choose your product and quantity, then click Add to Cart or Buy Now button. At checkout, enter your shipping details and confirm.
2) Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes! You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account is optional but helps you track orders and save your address for faster checkout next time.
3) How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After placing your order, you’ll be contacted by us through WhatsApp or phone call within 1–2 hours to confirm your order and shipping address. Orders placed after 5 pm or on weekends/public holidays are confirmed the next business day.
4) Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you may cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped yet. We recommend to contact us through WhatsApp as early as possible. Otherwise, once the shipment is dispatched, cancellation isn't possible.

5) How long will delivery take?
- 🏙️ Karachi: 2–3 business days
- 🌆 Other major cities: 3–5 business days
- 🏞️ Rural/remote areas: 5–7 business days
Timelines may vary due to weather, holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen events. We work closely with our partners to minimize delays.
6) What are the delivery charges?
We offer Free delivery on orders of Rs. 5,000 and above. A delivery fee of Rs. 200 applies to orders below Rs. 5,000.
7) Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes. We ship nationwide through reputed courier companies to all cities, towns, and remote areas across Pakistan.
8) Can I track my order?
Yes. Once dispatched, we’ll share your courier tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS so that you can follow your package in real time.
💳 Payment
9) What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment option on checkout. It means that you will pay the courier when your order arrives.
10) Will I be charged extra at delivery?
No hidden charges. You pay only the order total shown at checkout (plus delivery fee if applicable).
🔄 Returns & Refunds
11) What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for wrong or damaged items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email and share photos/videos for verification.
12) Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Customers send the item back via courier at their own expense.. After inspection and approval, we’ll ship a free replacement (if in stock) or issue a coupon code equal to the item price.
13) What condition must the returned item be in?
The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact. Items showing signs of use, missing tags, or altered packaging aren’t eligible.

We update inventory regularly to show in-stock items. If an item runs out after your order, we’ll notify you and offer an alternative.

Yes. Every product is quality-checked before dispatch. We’re committed to delivering authentic, reliable items.
