We only accept returns if the item delivered isย โ incorrect or ๐ damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind or size issues unless the item was shipped incorrectly.
2. How to Request a Return ๐

- ๐ท Send clear photos or a short video showing the issue (wrong item or damage).
- โ Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide detailed return instructions.
3. Return Shipping ๐
If your return is approved, please send the item back via courier at your own expense unless we explicitly instruct otherwise. The returned product must be:

- ๐ฆ In its original packaging
- ๐ท๏ธ With all original tags intact
4. Inspection & Resolution ๐
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it:
- ๐ฎ If a replacement is available, it will be sent to you with free delivery.
- ๐๏ธ If the item is unavailable, weโll issue a coupon code equal to your itemโs purchase price, redeemable on our website.
5. Refunds ๐ณ
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are issued as store credit (coupon code) unless otherwise arranged. The coupon code will be sent via email or WhatsApp after inspection is complete.
6. Exceptions โ ๏ธ
We cannot accept returns if the item shows:

- ๐ท๏ธ Missing tags
- ๐ฆ Altered or damaged packaging
